Is there a setting which enables iphone to see cameras when away from the business. Cannot get cameras to load when away.

Try restarting your computer and then try to delete NVMS 7000 again. If it continues to show the program as running, you can open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and end the process related to NVMS 7000 before attempting to delete it again.

I've recently changed modem/router and when I tried putting in new IP address, it told me that connection failed. Is there something else I have to do?

I am using NVMS7000 and the iPhone's WiFi is also off. Access is no problem when I turn on the WiFi, it says Unable to connect.

This could be a problem with the rules or IPs allowed to connection. For example, a router might give you different IPs based on the connection method: LAN, USB, WiFi, etc.


Double check to see if there are any portforward rules and assign new ones for the IP on the iPhone as well.


As a reminder, you also have to be connected with the iPhone to the same network that the cameras are connected as well, then you can use the NVMS7000 to watch the streams.

I have download NVMS7000 for my iPhones and iPad. I've created a PT Cloud account ad it was working good until yesterday. Now I cannot view my cameras. I wonder if there's any way I could delete that account and recreate one with the same serial number. Because I highly think I've been hacked. Is there anything I can do to start up fresh?

I've not been able to make consistent connections using this app on my iPhone. Live views take several attempts and playback has never worked.
since I can check periodically I assume IP address is correct. The live view almost never comes up on first try, especially when I need it the most.

To fix the iPhone app connection failure, try restarting your iPhone and the NVMS 7000 program. If that doesn't work, double-check that the IP address you are using is correct. If the issue persists, contact the app's support team for further assistance.

I have tried to install the application, but didn't succeed because the package was corrupted. I have tried all the possible methods to extract the installation package from the archive. In this case, it's impossible to say if the app is working on the Windows 10 operating system or not.

I am trying to install NVMS7000 on a new PC running Windows 8, and I get the following errors during installation:

  • Unable to launch WinPcap_4_1_1.exe
  • Unable to launch vcredist_x86.exe
    Followed by:
    Feature transfer error Feature: Client Component: Client Error: Access is denied

The errors tell you that program is lacking necessary permission. Since both applications need elevated access, you need to launch them as Administrator. Vcredist needs regserver to register some DLL files, and WinPcap needs Administrator access to install a virtual packet capture driver.


Rright click the main installer or each one individually and choose Run as Administrator. The setup will continue normally.

I have 4 cameras. I cannot view one. The other 3 load OK, but this one fails. I am logging in on the device through a cloud. I can view all the cameras on my Android app so I know that they are all working. Viewing on PC is the issue.

The first thing to try is to reset the camera completely and then reconfigure it. I know I've encountered this issue with some cameras and resetting them to factory defaults solved the problem.


Additionally, download and open the PDF file available for the NVMS application to learn how to properly add the camera, because you might be missing something that needs to be configured in order to view it.
